Secondly, te customer service you get is non-intelligible as it is a Google translator output which is no connection with the question or problem you have. Thirdly, you don't get what you ordered but who'd take the trouble and pay the costs of resending it to China (People's Republic)???!!! The order was for Xiaomi 70mai Pro but I have got Xiaomi 70mai which costs 20 USD cheaper! I proposed seller to make partial refund -but got negative answer offer to return goods for refund! But Refund costs 15 USD - it is 1/3 of the item costs! Any communication with seller gave no results! Never buy at this store!

Damn bastards are erasing negative feedbacks from other sites like Trustpilot, and many bots are leaving false positive feedbacks. I bought one cosplay wig, it was different and lower quality than on picture. Never again. Professional crooks just like 95% other Chinese sellers.

I ordered from this website, paid via PayPal, LightInTheBox auto-generated a user account for me based upon my PayPal email address, but I couldn't log in with the login information it provided me. They took the money from my PayPal account and I have no way to check the order status. I didn't even receive a confirmation email. They do not have a phone number nor any way to ask for help without logging in first. I've sent them emails asking for help, one was ignored and one bounced back to me with a message in Chinese that translated to "mailbox is full". Not holding my breath to ever see the product I ordered...

My wife has ordered 2 pairs of shoes for dancing. They were of poor quality and one was too small. We asked for a refund of one pair and the supply of a bigger one for the other pair. They promised to do so. But we received neither a new pair nor our money. After a while, no way to contact them or to receive an answer.

After becomming a member I have found it impossible to get removed from the newmail/commercial/spam mailing list.I tried to write to the firm about it, but they actual do not have any support you can talk to about.The only support you find is regarding your order or import tax, other than that you cant get in contact with anyone.But I tried to write to write to the import tax support 3 times and though they say they passe on my mail then nothing happen. Light in the box is just a middleman who buy from aliexpress. If you buy directly at aliexpress you get lower prices directly from the manufaturer.

We had bad experience by buying some dresses. We make an order and were on the last step which is the paying. So we payed it. After paying they said we have to comlete the Order first. they have no order from us. After trying to buy it again, we had the same situation. Maybe the German version isn't working correctly. However the money is gone at this moment. If we get the dresses or the money back, I will update the vote.
