Is linkeo.com Safe?

I have been the latest victim of Linkeo, very unprofessional. I paid the full amount of website design and they forced me to have a seo contract which I tried for 3 months and was not happy so I backed out. They just blocked my website. I am in the process of suing them. Please can someone help me with their Arabic name here that operate.

They put themselves out as experts in web site development and SEO. The site they created had spelling mistakes, coding coming through that looked"<<Like this for quotes>>" in 3 or 4 places, some words were spelled in French when they are operating in Australia. There were things I asked them to do that months later have been ignored. Very poor customer service and lack of "prudence" which is something they are legally obliged to provide as it is written in their contract. They have threatened me with debt collection and have a very unfair and restrictive contract that gives them all the power and their client none in my opinion. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM.

Bonne expérience avec Linkeo. J'ai fais faire mon site chez eux qui est très beau. J'ai fait rajouté un agenda en ligne qui permets à mes clients de réserver directement sur mon site. Mon commercial est très sympa et les trois foi où j'ai voulu modifier du texte sur mon site, ils me l'ont fait en moins d'1 jour. Rien à redire pour moi ! Je recommande

Avoid Linkeo this would have to be the most unprofessional pushiest company I've ever dealt with. DO NOT commit or sign anything with this company as they take money direct out of your account even though you let them know your not happy with the web page they design for you. Which is full of mistakes like digits missing from your contact phone number to wrong business address to images of products you don't manufacture. Luckily I blocked payment through the bank or Linkeo would keep withdrawing funds knowing full well I was not happy. And they will tell you they will Leave it in the hands of there solicitor if you don't pay. DON'T BE PRESSURED BY THERE BULLY TACTICS AFTER READING MANY REVIEWS ON SOCIAL MEDIA SITES THEY HAVE MASTERED THE ART OF PRESSURE TACTICS as they seem to have an enormous amount of dissatisfied customers. As for there so called up to date web sites they are very poor quality and NOT user friendly. I have given LINKEO three attempts to come up with user friendly professional web site and they come up with a messy cluttered web site full of mistakes. Ohh not to mention my main contact phone number is missing 3 digits which would make it impossible for customers to contact me . They forgot to put my trade marked logo next to my company name they used the wrong font and got my trademarked colours wrong. Basically there was nothing more they could get wrong they messed up every aspect of by trademarked business name. I was so disappointed I called Linkeo and asked to speak to the manager Mike who called me back 10 days after I'd left a message to talk with him. I'd explained to him my disappointment In LINKEO he asked I explain what I was not happy about. I asked he best talk to Tiffany Files the consultant whom I'd been dealing with where I'd documented all on emails all I was not happy about. I'd asked him to please read my emails digest the content and come back to me. Which he replied sure I'll read the emails and I'll call you back tomorrow now 12 days later still NO call back, Now that's a total of 22 days from the day I first called to Linkeo. Mike the Manager of Linkeo POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE !!!! That was the point it confirmed in my mind LINKEO is NOT the company I should be growing my business with. They are very pushy in knowing full well I'm NOT HAPPY yet they constantly email me saying we must finalise the proofs. Finalise what a poor quality unprofessional hard to navigate NOT user friendly web site my phone number less 3 digits missing serious this company are a joke. DON'T waste your time with Linkeo you will be disappointed. They would have to be the most unprofessional pushy rudest company I've ever dealt with.

Linkeo utilise des techniques simples et automatisées mais laborieuses à mettre en place au cas par cas. C'est la seule web agency qui garanti ses résultats. Le premier prix est accessible mais la facture peut monter en cas de forte concurrence et d'achat de mots clefs. Normal quoi! Pour moi qui ne veut pas passer ma vie à gérer l'Internet, l'avantage c'est que je connais mon retour sur investissement (un internaute qui coûte 50€, mais me génère 500 € de CA, je prends et je peux rester concentré sur mon métier ;) Bref, je comprends que leur action face à la communauté Open Source ait été inappropriée et inacceptable. Mais ce sont les seuls à fournir un service garanti sans passer par un webmaster perso (pas facile à trouver qui tienne le long terme) et la grosse machine à web qui coûte extrêmement cher...

n'accepte pas la critique, pratique l'intimidation via des avocats pour un commentaire d'une offre d'emploi. L'agence en question n'a même pas cherché à contacter directement ***** Une agence sérieuse aurait d'abord utilisé la diplomatie, en ayant contacté linuxfr, ce qui est la norme, d'autre part l'agence aurait dû savoir que le fait d'essayer de censurer un commentaire, de manière agressive se retourne au centuple à l'agresseur. Bref, un exemple où la société actuelle est bouffée par des personnes qui ont de l'argent et qui intimide à tout va, pour se croire puissant et extorquer de l'argent. L'itimidation par des avocats, sans passer par une médiation,est un (petit) outil de guerre économique. Si cela est plausible dans la vie réelle, sur internet c'est plus difficile. Ils se sont excusés, car les propos étaient "blessants", excuses faites dûes à la découverte de l'affaire avec linuxfr. Pour une société qui crée des sites internet, on s’attend à ce que le résultat (conformité aux standards du web) soit là. Lorsqu’un membre du site LinuxFR – sur lequel Linkeo avait posté une annonce – poste un commentaire négatif (et parfaitement justifié) sur les pratiques de programmation web de cette entreprise, la seule chose que Linkeo trouve à faire est de mettre en demeure (= entamer une procédure juridique) le site. Une entreprise qui refuse les commentaires négatifs et qui n’hésite pas à sortir le fouet pour menacer et faire régner sa loi, n’est pas la bienvenue.
