Is literotica.com Safe?

First, a note about safety. As far as logging in to read fiction, you don't need to. If you limit yourself to reading fiction, there are no dangers, viruses, scams, etc. I cannot answer for the forums, and there are also live video feeds for obvious titillation; I haven't used any of them. A lot of the criticism here about scams, viruses, and so on seem to me to be completely bogus. Fake. Now, the stories. Literotica claims to be a site for erotic fiction, and there is a good amount of erotic fiction on the site, arranged by category and able to be filtered down using key words or "tags". Surely the definition of erotic fiction should be sexually stimulating and at least plausible, where pornographic fiction tends to be more sexually explicit with little or no regard for plausibility. Where the aim to provide erotic fiction fails is that there are far more stories that are straightforwardly pornographic compared with those that are truly erotic. What makes the matter worse is the obvious tendency of writers to use hackneyed expressions and phrases. A male partner usually growls with arousal. His 'weapon' is incredibly large, usually inflamed and enlarged with blood. Semen flies out in ropes across the room. Females have ample if not huge jugs and their orgasms are extremely fluid and copious. There is no subtlety. Having said that, there are some good examples of erotic fiction. Your task, should you accept it, is to trawl through the stories and find them. 2 stars for them.

Horrible site. Anything bad you can think of goes on there. Abusers, hacker, webhosts are VERY obvious about harrassment and encourage it. Ignore Norton reviews or any security company giving it credit. Web site alleged hosts, Manu and Laurel don't repond to inquiries. No type of age consent or user agreements upon joining. All illegal activity comes from forums section and currently crossing over into stories sections. I've not abused it in anyway and 100% respectful to everyone. Moderators hack accounts. A 2 yr old could join and they wouldn't care. Racism, race baiting, account hacking and personal data posted elsewhere. Your copyrights ignored blatantly. What else is there to say about personal experience?
