Company uses auto renewal which cannot be disabled through user interface. Even if your credit card is expired, they will try different dates to try and renew. Also, will auto upgrade during auto renewal and charge you more.

This is a legitimate site used for remote-access purposes, HOWEVER these services are often used by phone con-artists to hack into the unwary user's machine and steal account passwords, etc. Read this accounting: ***** Beware.

A great remote access service for IT professionals, amateurs and beginners. I've also grown to like TeamViewer and Radmin, but LogMeIn is particularly useful fro cross-platform use.

I love their software. I use it for accessing multiple PC's on multiple Internet connections, and it does a great job, and all you need is a web browser to connect (there's no client software to install).

Use this site ritually to log into my other computers (home/laptop/other/). Can help out those who are not as savvy on the computer with simple tech fixes and downloads. interface with sounds and video in realtime can be worked on!
