Is lootably.com Safe?

I completed Lootably offers, but was not credited. Their support asked to wait, but even after 30 days, screenshots evidence and advertiser's approval there were no payouts or any further support from Lootably. It was not an easy task, some of the offers were really hard to complete. Watching thousand of scam ads and getting nothing for it, is a shame! Most of the 5 star reviews are fake, they send e-mails asking to rate them in return of a favor, that also sucks! I've been patient, but now I want to share my sad experience with Lootably.
