Is maggiescrochet.com Safe?

This is a follow-up to our post from yesterday. To quickly recap, we were hired by ***** to do a full website audit, this was in response to the warning from WOT. We spent several hours going through files, site policies, a complete audit! We found no problems & we can say with confidence that ***** is a SAFE site. We have contacted WOT & requested that they remove the warnings for this site. It's not only unfair what they are doing to this site owner, it's unjustified, WOT clearly doesn't have a system in place to quickly deal with situations like this. Steve W. OBGuides

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have been a Maggie customer for many many years without a single bad issue. In fact, I have even made special requests that are out of the ordinary and the wonderful customer service representatives have accomodated my requests. I dont mean little things either I mean BIG, really BIG things that were really out of their scope of service, and not usually permitted but Maggies wonderful people have ALWAYS accomodated me. I think the people who are giving you a bad name Maggie are JEALOUS of what you have. NEVER let them get you down, your product is quality, your customer service reps are kind, courteous, and helpful, and if a site goes down for a short period that is NOT your fault, nor does it mean you are a bad vendor.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying and ordering off maggiescrochet.com for many years. My experience has always been positive with very fast, accurate product shipment. I have never had a poor experience at this site. (And no, Maggie is not my sister or best friend).

I have used Maggie's site for years. love her crochet books. She has some very unique patterns that I have enjoyed over the years. Love hearing from her and what patterns she has to offer. I follow her on Facebook also. I have recommended her site to many of my crochet friends. Just a great place to shop and get crochet items.
