Is mail.biz.rr.com Safe?

The main domain (biz.rr.com) is the email & web hosting portal for Road Runner internet services for Businesses (In my case, via Time Warner Cable). Just as any ISP is unable to control the activities of all subscribers; roadrunner provides a service; which could be abused. However, the bad manners of a couple bad Apples on this domain should not force the vast majority of good customers from having to deal with poor WOT ratings. Moreover; when I want to maintain the email account settings for my business account, I find it difficult to understand the highly negative rating that I see for the roadrunner business internet email management site. There is nothing there; other than a page to log in, then set your email account preferences. Unless a hacker gets in and manages to get into someone else's account; I fail to see how anything on that site could be construed as untrustworthy, unreliable, unsafe for children or privacy???? If multiple roadrunner business sites are lumped together in this rating; then WOT needs to establish a way to distinguish between the end account holder and not the ISP that is hosting their site.
