Is makaan.com Safe?

The website gives the indication it is an international site for selling property. I searched for the term Malaysia and was given listings for places in Hyderabad which had the term within its text. As Hyderabad is in India and after looking at other pages, it's clearly just a site for properties in India but gives the impression it's a world property site. There is no definitive information on the website which states where it is based or who it represents. As I am looking for international property websites to list my villa to sell, anyone not taking close note of details could inadvertently list their property on a site which gives no support to their area. I did find eventually an international link but it took a great deal of scrolling to find and is not very apparent when you first reach the site. The site needs to put its International link in plain site on the first page loaded.
