Is maps.yahoo.com Safe?

I had to go to New York four days ago i did not know where i was going so I used yahoo maps the place i had to go was only 15min away every street was a one way so i park my car and walk i left to go there at 11am by the time i found it was 1230pm so i did what i had to do and walk back to my car when i did my car was going i did not know that at that time I found out around 10pm that a towing company took it I'm going to lie but i was scared as shit when i got out of the car and walk to where i had to go it only took 15min to get back you can imagine how i felt because i left my girl in the car and said be right back,so around 10pm that night she called on her cell she just woke up,so the car was in the impound lot you know she sleep the whole time i wanted kick her ass so bad but all i could do was cry i can not put in words how i felt and that's a day i will never forget yahoo maps you did a number on me
