These people should be sued for false advertising! It may be prosecuted either civilly or criminally depending on the applicable state or federal laws, facts and circumstances. Under federal law, the seller cannot violate the Federal Trade Commission laws and regulations governing consumer protection and misleading marketing of products or services. Generally each state has a "mini-FTC" consumer protection statute that defines the specific conduct that is outlawed. The state Attorney General's consumer protection office should be notified about this. You may be able to pursue a private civil action against the violator and, depending on your state law, get your attorney fees paid by the defendant. Get your Congressman Congresswomen involved. This is a scam site, from the creators of that other bad site called "MyCleanPC.com" Before, I downloaded from MyCleanPC, or should I say MyDirtyPC, after that I noticed my PC getting incredibly slow, it was just unbelievable how slow it got. All these sites to "improve your computer speed" seemed to be identical. It began with finallyfast - they make a fortune and you get NOTHING in return. Most of what they offer at a fraction of the cost. And you don't have to worry that maybe they are really just screwing up your computer instead of helping.
