The site's organization and ease of use are exemplary. The enormous number of kinds and sizes of parts they offer are so well presented that it is actually fun to find that specialized tool or screw, and as you drill down you can get schooled on relevant topics (eg, material properties), and discover similar items you did not know existed. Big bonus for designers: All or most hardware has free, downloadable, editable 3D models.

Company that sells mostly high end quality tools and industrial items, similar to Graingers. Service is excellent. I've returned expensive pumps for full credit out of warranty on exchange, and always had friendly, helpful, and quick service.
