I am going to go as far as light red for this one. It is for native advertising- which doesn't mean private. Normally trackers and tracked ads IMO are typically yellow. For this one when going to their site it immediately asks people to log in- meaning little-to-no investigation. Then I clicked on it's policies- which gave a 404 error. At that point there wasn't anything else to do but mark it as untrusted.

It is advertising. Use other means of blocking trackers if there is concern.

Part of Polar Mobile (http://polar.me/), which says: "The powerful platform that enables publishers to place native advertisements in-stream across all their sites, while leveraging their existing CMS and ad serving infrastructure. All you need is MediaVoice." I think I'll pass on letting these folks run scripts in my browser.
