There are a few of these fake sites/articles around, which grow in sophistication each year. The fake Facebook comments used to be a solid image, then they gradually got buttons and other interactive elements, but they obviously wouldn't allow real un-moderated comments.
The headers used to be solid images too, but some of them now redirect you to legit sites they're copying or even have their own fake 'homepage' filled with other scam articles.
The internet is sometimes a dodgy place, but that's why we use Web Of Trust.

The "Facebook social plugin" which appears to let people leave comments is bogus. If it was real, the links would take you to people's Facebook pages.

The date of the article is changing every day to the today date, and the expiry date for the 'discount code' they offer (the text in red colour) is updated every day to the next day's date. What a scam! This must be reported

Hier zahlt man nicht den Artikel, das meiste Geld geht für das bieten drauf - der große Gewinner ist der Seitenbetreiber!
Groß in der Werbung schreiben "iPad für 17€ verkauft" - die aber wahrscheinlich für das Bieten bezahlten 600 € werden wohlweislich verschwiegen.
Vor dieser Art Seiten - auch noch mit falschen "Testberichten" und fingierten Nutzerkommentaren wurde auch schon im TV und in den Zeitungen gewarnt.
