Good customer experience
Microsoft makes better and better programs. I love Windows Vista and Windows 7, because they have good firewall and Windows Defender. Also, Microsoft took care about appearance of Vista nad Windows 7. I don't want to say Windows XP is bad, but I must say it has got poor firewall and IE 6. If you have got XP, I recommend you to download some better firewall (e.g. ZoneAlarm or Comodo) and then turn off Windows Firewall, Windows Defender (however, it's possible to install it only if you have got a legal copy of Windows) and, what is most important in my opinion, IE 7 or 8 (maybe it's better to install IE 8). They are more safer than IE 6, and also they have got phishing filter (IE 7) or Smart Screen filter (IE 8) which are very good, plus SmartScreen in IE 8 checks your downloads. Though this, it's a good idea to open Windows Update when you have some free time and check are there some fixes and patches for IE. If you want, you can even download some toolbars and add-ons on IEAddons. Ok, if you don't like IE, you can download Firefox , Opera or Google Chrome. They are also excellent. "

I know there are many MANY MANY windows haters. But, I like the site because I like to learn about windows products. I mean really, you are criticizing them for advertising on their own site. Thats all they do on Apple's site - advertise. At least Microsoft offers MSDN, knowledge base and technet. Oh,and my version of Windows Vista runs fine. Its not Microsoft's fault if you manage to get a virus. "
