I reported some spam to them, but they filtered my spam reports and blame me as being too lazy. It seems like they don't know what they are doing and/or they simply protect their spamers by blaming others. My tickets are getting closed without any notifications or resolutions.

Been a customer with MiniVPS for a year and a half now! This hosting provider is probably one of the best in the UK. Their VPSs are very fast and rarely offline. Martin and his team are always around to provide support and answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend anyone interested in budget VPSs to check out MiniVPS :)
