Is motionarray.com Safe?

My son signed up with Motion Array under the premise that he was paying a monthly $20.84 and could cancel anytime. Underneath the monthly price was the small print that said "$249.99 paid annually." This gave us both the impression that there were 2 options for payment, monthly or annually. Nothing on the advertisement said it was a "paid annually option only." Needless to say, the company charged my son $249.99 when we thought it was costing $20.84/month. After emailing this company, because they do not list a phone number at all on their website to communicate with their clients, it was clearly stated that they would not be issuing a refund for the misleading pricing advertisement. Any company that will not let you speak directly to them should be the first red flag.
