Site is awesome, trustworthy, known source of good HOSTS lists. Applying these lists will give you global ad/spyware domain blocks.
I love this idea of using crafted lists. HOSTS is neglected on most systems and really, it can be used to a user's advantage. Big thumbs up for this site.
