Scam tech support site: ***** If you do not know enough to tell a scam from the real thing, stay away. FYI, no product vendor will call out of the blue. Do not allow access to your computer. Do not give out any information.

The 'agents' of this site prowl computer help sites looking to post their scripted recommendations. This is a company of criminals and their 'help' is both questionable and expensive. If you can get past the hired 'fan boyz' postings you'll find many people reporting bad experiences after dealing with these jokers. DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO REMOTELY CONTROL YOUR COMPUTER! (least of all someone you found on the internet)

Played with these guys on virtual computers. They steal documents during a session, diagnose your PC by showing you normal event errors in the event log, install unwanted software like registry cleaners and try to get you to fork out hundreds of dollars for them to fix. DO NOT TRUST

Tech support scammer busted by a Malwarebytes senior security researcher. *****

A few coworkers and I called them thinking they were Dell Reps. They proceeded to try to scam us out of money and attempt to infect the Company PC with malware via a remote desktop session. This place is a huge scam and the testimonies are obvious frauds. Please save yourself the headache and money and run a malwarebytes scan or some other trusted anti malware program.(A safe place to download would be ***** or even cnet.com.) Be careful out there, these guys make me sick. Here are screen shots and a log file of the entire thing, names are hidden for privacy. Hope this helps at least one person from making a huge mistake. pics: ***** Log of chat: *****
