Is namebind.com Safe?

Just received two spam emails from them over the last two days, offering me to backorder domains I do not own or want to own. They lied about their identity in the emails, and forged their return address - which is a violation of CAN SPAM (which is pretty hard to do, even for a spammer). I've reported them to the FTC and I encourage everyone else to as well.

Like any company, not everyone is going to be happy. Name Bind has many satisfied customers and people making offers with this company are actually getting a great deal on domains. Why would someone complain about a company doing a follow up on an offer that they made. I know they have opt out on their emails and this is can spam compliant. Not everyone is going to be happy with any business, however, there are positives and negatives within a persons mind set.
