This is a satire site--all based on real news events, much like The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.The factual information backing up the Newslo stories are clearly highlighted by clicking the giant "show facts" button at the top of each story. The mission of the site is given on the "About Us" page, which reads:
"Newslo is the first hybrid News/Satire platform on the web. Readers come to us for a unique brand of entertainment and information that is enhanced by features like our fact-button, which allows readers to find what is fact and what is satire.
Newslo’s “No Need to Satirize” brings you completely factual stories that are so ridiculous, they don’t need our trademark touch. Whenever you see #NNTS, you’re reading COMPLETELY real news that only seems too absurd to be true."

Newslo is, and always has been, a satire site. The downvoting is from people who clearly have no clue what satire is. I'm assuming it's FOX viewers who cannot tell the differences between real and fake news.
