About 10% of anti-viruses that are not up-to-date will detect this as a virus. This is not a virus, although it may act similarly to some types of rootkit. This is also very unreliable, most banns given by this software on online games are random and unexpected, not recommending you use this for your online-software.

Security company. It developes antivirus and hacking prevention system for MMORPGs. If you say GameGuard is rootkit, then please uninstall any modern game, as they bundle rootkit too (secuROM, punkbuster etc)

The site isn't bad like Ringman says. NProtect is very successful, and have used many of their products. Ntreev uses NProtect's Gameguard for their games.

nprotect isn't make any safe computing anymore. But they're still lie that's they're a know-how, expert, leading and No1. How pitiful.
