@vulg4r: I disagree, this is definitely the sort of thing WOT is for. Just because a site, in and of itself, is clean, doesn't mean it should get a good rating.
Things happen when your customer service is bad on epic proportions.

There are three publicly documented cases of Ocean's Paul Christoforo badly insulting customers and industry peers. This man's company should be avoided if customer service and respect (not to mention a literate response) are things you value when dealing with late deliveries.

My customer service from this site was better, but not by much. Seems like they don't really care whether you're happy with the product or not, or whether you even receive the product.
