Is office.xerox.com Safe?

I had purchased in September 2013 a Xerox 6605DN Multifunction printer and I have had experienced poor customer service, in addition to; having numerous problems with the newly purchased printer, one problem after another! A new printer which I purchased directly from Xerox, which this printer should not be having all of these issues! Not printing correctly on the paper, cutting off part of the information, not aligned properly when it self feeds, making a horrible noise like a grinding noise off and on when it is printing, etc. yes, I could go on and these are just the recent issues (problems)! Customer service has not been very good as I would have expected them to help me the first time as I have had to keep calling them back to get help to fix different problems since day one! I personally feel that the printer was damaged in shipping by UPS as it was delivered by them on it's side and left unattended where anyone could have stolen it! I find that the message which I read and I was also told that they have 24/7 technical help, but they failed to let me know that is not for my multifunction printer, it is only for the printers which costs thousands of dollars, they do not consider the one I have which did cost me over $1,000 not in the same help category! After this printer is done for I will not be doing business with them again, which will be their huge mistake in the future as all I want to do which I am working on currently is having numerous various businesses and some starting them by scratch, which will support my main business!
