This service of URL converting long to short url, is useful, but is used by spammers to send spam via email and social networks and is used for adult content.

This particular URL re-director is being utilized to re-direct traffic to illegal and/or criminal spam sites. That's a common way for spammers to keep a site away from blacklists, fool spam filters, and give it a somewhat longer life span.

Это сервис коротких ссылок. Сам по себе ресурс нормальный, но его зачастую используют злоумышленники, чтобы скрыть адрес по которому они пытаются заразить компьютер посетителей. На моей практике этот адрес использовался для скрытия URL, прописанного в правилах переадресации в .htaccess взломанного сайта.
