Is paydayuk.co.uk Safe?

I checked out this site because I couldn't believe the equivalent APR they offered. Their service is reasonable for a VERY short term loan and therefore their APR is not really relevant. What really concerns me is that they associated my computer with information from MyOffers - the ONLY website I had ever given my mobile number to (I had specifically told them not to call it or distribute it). I was then called on my mobile (TPS registered) by Fresh Start Finance who offered me a loan and told me they had been given my number by Pay Day Loans. So - My Offers - broadcasts your mobile phone number Pay Day Loans - associates your mobile number with any visits to their website (even if you don't want their product) Fresh Start Finance then cold call you on your mobile. Privacy score ZERO

I've used these guys at a last resort. No problems what so ever. You need select the tick box to opt out of the passing of your information to other loan companies, as by default they will pass on details to third parties. Genuine site and genuine company.

Spam site which may spread into your computer vicious coockies which will, in turn, open lookalike sites without user consent. It is very similar to "cold calling" telephone service but more dangerous and annoying. In terms of a company it is mainly the "contemporary" face of the old fashioned, dirty, "Loans Sharks" business.
