Is paydotcom.com Safe?

PayDotCom is a payment processor. It works like ClickBank in some ways so if someone wants to sell something they can sign up with PDC to make that happen. It has affiliates and a listing of vendors in their marketplace. I think some of the comments here show that they don't understand what PDC does. And perhaps the only real issue here is PDC should have higher standards on who they allow to be vendors.

Site Willingly and Knowingly Violates the US CAN-SPAM Act by sending or have sent on their behalf UCE "Spam" to Non-Opt-In email accounts, violating Federal Law, which is a criminal act! Which of course sounds nothing like how a legitimate and reputable company would do business.

The site itself is a good site but some of the product sites may be what people are referring to. As with any affiliate sites you have to take the responsibility to do your own do-diligence . WOT is a great site to find reputable website but unfortunately some people put down negative remarks based on what others are saying and don't take the time to check it out themselves. Michael Filsaime is a very well known and respected individual so before you are quick to put a negative remark check it out for yourself.

These negative WOT ratings are completely bogus. It appears that those who have rated and commented negatively have never used or even visited the site. ***** is an affiliate product site which allows you to sell products and earn commission as an affiliate or as a marketer you can promote products for others to sell. It is similar in many ways to Clickbank, another valid affiliate sales site. ***** itself has no control of how affiliate promote products (just as a car dealer has no control of how you drive your car), but they do have the power to ban marketers and affiliates for abusing the site and not following the terms of use (which I'm sure they do). This site does not spam (anything you receive from it is fully opt-in and you can permanently unsubscribe at any time), does not have malware, does not exploit your browser in anyway, and does not contain adult content.

As with all affiliate sites they get bad ratings for no reason other than someone heard that someone heard it should have. It's pathetic. As an affiliate site they may indeed have some members who are involved in spam but the majority will not be and you really need to differentiate between a link that is peddled by an affiliate and what the owners of this site do. Frankly I have no bad experience to report.
