It's Definitely not a safe website at all. I tried to download a Windows XP ISO file on my windows 11 so I could run it on virtual box file from pcguide4u.com but ended up getting a piece of malware called HackTool:Win32/Keydump. This malware file is well known for being a tool that allows hackers to steal personal data or gain access to your computer. Thankfully I don't have it anymore. I don't care if you read this now or 15 years later, never use that website
