perpills.com is registered in China with notorious registrar BIZCN. It is a Russian fraud known as Canadian Health&Care Mall. Evidence of fraud is at ***** Evidence showing the fraud operations of the perpetrators is at ***** BIZCN is approved by ICANN. ICANN's Agreement prohibits unlawful use of domain names. BIZCN ignores its responsibility and provides a safe haven for cybercrime. This brings shame on the People's Republic of China.
