Tragically, it appears as though the IRS' staff has not thoroughly done its homework with regard to its use of http:// www.pr.atwola.com as a primary link or gateway to http:// or https://www.irs refunds.gov; my attempt to open the just-downloaded refund-form attachment from the IRS' e-mail stating that I was eligible for $709.81 worth of refunds and that I should refer to the attached document to ensure receipt[ sic] of the refund has just gotten suspiciously blocked. There seems to be noother way to convert the dowmloaded Wordpad JScriptlike edition of the file into a meaningful form so that I can alternately proceed as directed in the hopes thatI am not falling for a scam....Already this blockage and the surfeit of other disgruntled users' warnings regarding the link are serving to call the e-correspondence just received into question. It would help if the IRS used *its*own links and not suspect third-party ones such as this one. "
