I'm 64 yrs. old, and I've seen more than a few of these sites...they lure you in with big promises of free items, but then you have to buy, subscribe, or otherwise have to commit yourself to contractual obligations that would in the end cost you far more than the so-called "FREE" item and sometimes up to ten-fold as much! SHAME ON THEM! Yes, there ought to be a law, and there is! nut it has loopholes and that's how they get you!!!

DO NOT give predicto your cell phone number! You WILL get charged per/month. What they do is "legal" if any person actually feels like reading 10 thousand lines of legal statement before accepting thier "scam". Basically they are charging for a text msg "game". And the "charge" part of the deal isn't show ANYwhere accept the in "terms and conditions". This is flat out lowballing people and yes as close as you can get to "legally scamming" people if there was such a thing.

Http://www.predicto.com%27s reputation is personally unknown, but on the basis of the inordinately-extravagant rewards that it's advertised through Google Search et al., frequent text-message-delivered offers on my cell phone that I smply either erased or replied to SIMPLY by "txt'g. 'STOP''...AND NOW OTHERS' COMPLAINTS HERE AS WELL AS,AS A RESULT OF SEEING THE LAST COMMENT ON PAGE 1 HERE, my having downloaded and opened with Adobe Reader, "www_courtcases.com...~...Alltel...09.pdf and thus learned what probably accounted for all of those $9.99/month offers I wisely rejected, I am putting no trust in ***** at all, even if its products DO suposedly deliver barely-satisfactory results. A warning should be transmitted to all browser services to deny this advertising service access; that would choke off a critical " backdoor" revenue stream for these ( for want of more appropriate nonce phrases ) " new weak or-very-low-degree felons" and thus warrant their cutting back all other operations, at the very least. In addition, such preemptively punitive action would minimize older children's and teenagers' cellular phonesor possibly computers' being kept at risk; it is especially among teenagers of any age and even some fourth-grade-or-higher-grade-elementary-school-age children that cell-phone se continues to grow. These children that enjoy video games or " gee-whizzy!" digital-technology "apps' will be among the first to be lured into this battery of snares; thus the importance of disabling the trap mechanism as immediately as possible.

Suddenly a popup filled my whole screen. It said only "Predictomobile" at the top, and "enter your cell phone number" at the bottom. There was no X at the upper right to remove the window. I was brand new on the internet, and didn't know how to get that off my screen except to enter my cell number. I then started getting billed $9.99 a month, roughly, in my cell account for I don't know what. When I called I learned it was Predicto, and that they could take money from my account because they had the last 4 digits of my number, which I have now changed. I didn't have to change my phone number, just the code that they prompt you for to access your voice mail, which is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number . Really slimy tactic. It could just as easily happen to a child. I still have no idea who they are or what I was supposedly paying for. It is not easy to get a human at my cell provider: took some time to clear it up.

bs tactics from an unreputable company they are obviously in kahoots with all of these major cell phone companies because since its such a problem and the customer rep for t-mobile said they get these calls all the time that they know about this companies activity and should block them from charging any frivolous charges to the cell ph. account. I am not taking the bad rep of predicto.com and trying to pass it to the cell ph. serv. providers these predicto people need to be stopped and just FYI, you can get a refund if ur firm and demand it from predicto there # is 800 360 0518

My wife who is not very web savvy, fell for this site. She entered her phone number to receive a pin to retrieve her score on an Facebook application to test your IQ. ***** began billing us via AT&T. I complained to AT&T who reversed the charge and put a block on my wife's phone that requires her to enter a pin before any applications can be subscribed to. Shame on you Perdicto.com.

This site asks for your cell phone number then starts billing you $10. per month and also seems to have some hijacking or other malicious redirection scripted into it's site
