Is ptcircle.com Safe?

***** is sure a scam site. It will steat your efforts, times and money. Admin change a lot of Rules. I lost in that. I still not yet my earnings 135.45$ over 40 days. Instant payment system is nothing than lying. I have full of evidence of screen shot.

I takes lots of time to complete payout, about 40 days for egopay, perfectmoney and bitcoin, in skrill it takes about 16 days(more in next coming days). But one get payout. Other site Btccircle having instant payout facility. ######################################### paid me twice.
