Is questionpro.com Safe?

They automatically renewed my member ship 4 months after I canceled. They sent no email or notification. When I discovered the charge on my cc and contacted them, they said because I had the membership for 2 wks, they could not cancel the charge. When I challenged that, there was no response. Have to challenge through cc company. Two days later I received an email saying they had reversed the charges. They insist that the re-activation came from my end which causes me other concerns. But they believed me, trusted me and treated me like a customer. As a result, I changed this from a 'bad' customer experience to a 'good' one. I will use them again.
