I paid for the upgrade from the trial version but the user / code I received didn't work - several emails back and forth - still nothing, every code I received was rejected. Then they wanted me to install a program that would allow them access to my computer - Needless to say, I declined that request - I asked for a refund and was sent a link for a version that didn't require registration - the recovery program ran for 24 hours plus and still didn't recover my password - I think this is a scam - oh, one other thing - at check out the cost went up $10 from the advertised cost and it wasn't tax - I wanted the program so I paid it - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE
