I have ordered from redenvelope.com more than once and have been very happy with my items and their customer service. In fact, I called them after seeing that my free shipping code wasn't applied due to another discount code I applied as well. They ended up giving me free shipping + the original discount I applied. *the free shipping I'm talking about isn't one of those free shipping sites. I got it directly from red envelope.

They sold me an item they didn't have in stock and didn't tell me until over a week later, so I had to scramble to buy a last minute gift. When I spoke to someone in customer service about it she didn't seem to care at all.

I just double-checked with mint.com, but I've ordered from them 4 times since 2008 and never had a problem ever, people have absolutely loved receiving my gifts from them. I have never been charged by Easy Saver or anything like that either.
