Is regdefense.com Safe?

I was referred to this site from a supposed Microsoft tech...This his reply on virus removal costs I did a search on to see if I was over/under charging but I was close. I charge $100 but I also install over $100 worth of registered software they get renewed for free every year through me. I also give customer support with 1 year guarantee. My 1st 2 years I had 450 customers and after 5 years well over 1,500 including those who bought re-built computers for their kids so they didn't mess up their expensive PC, in which about half of virus removals came from their kids.
