Is reimaster.com.au Safe?

Sadly, this developers programs are often heavily out of date and needs refreshing. My antivirus thinks this program is Malware, and installing the program and having it run properly requires defeating many if Windows security features, that would allow any program to run as administrator. The developer has good intentions, but just has not implemented proper security practices.
