Is rellery.com Safe?

I've had nothing but issues with this company and their quality of products. There are so many other jewelry companies that offer the same concept with personalized items for a lesser price and better customer service. The two products I purchased tarnished shortly after receiving them. Because it's personalized, it's a final sale. Even after contacting the company to request a refund they gave me the same response. I left a review on their website which they chose not to publish. After realizing it, I went on their Instagram page and left a comment under their latest picture asking why my review had not been published. of course shortly after, the comment was deleted from their page. Under the BBB website, you will find someone else has a complaint for their quality of products. I have a piece of jewelry made from another company for almost a year that was made with the same materials (18k gold over sterling silver), and it has yet to tarnish. If this company was honest and let their customers voice their opinions on the products they sell, this could have easily been avoided by me not making a purchase.
