I signed up for the 7 day trial and cancelled within 24 hours. After couple weeks, I found that they charged my credit card for $50, and they alleged I did not cancel it. It turns out that they sneakily reactivated my account without my consent, and entered bogus billing address (123 Street was what they entered) to charge my credit card. After submitting complaints to BBB and FTC, I got my money back. NOTE: when you cancel for the first time, they do NOT send you the confirmation email. That is the whole trick. People usually don't suspect the businesses to be that shady, so when they see the cancellation screen on the website, they think they're done. However, when they sneakily reinstate your account, you have no proof that you cancelled it. Therefore, if you ever want to try this scam website out, make sure you get the confirmation email when you cancel, and save the email. (But really, don't try this website, save you some trouble and money)

The entice users with huge listings of Rent to own properties, but then you must pay $1, with $49/month thereafter. After you've paid, you will not see hardly any, or zero rent to own listings. They only compile realty listings, that anyone can search for free. Check all the 1 star user reviews on Better Business Bureau, SCAM
