Spam-advertised site, offering financial services and promising implausibly high interest rates on investments. Based simply on the promised rate of interest, it seems likely that this is a scam, of the kind known as a 'high-yield investment program' (which is a form of Ponzi scheme). Other commenters have suggested that it may be the victim of a joe-job campaign, which is a possibility. However, the claimed returns on investment shown on the site are so unrealistically high that the most likely explanation is that it is simply another HYIP scam. The domain is registered to a company called Revendor Management, which has been officially ordered to "cease and desist from ... offering investment advisory and dealing services ... until it has applied for and obtained a licence ..." by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (where it is apparently headquartered).

Alpha Centauri thinks this site is the victim of a Joe job, and given the volume of "spam" I've received from them, I tend to agree. One hallmark of a Joe job that I have observed is that when the Joe jobbers send vast quantities of unsolicited commercial email, to make sure you do not miss their "message" the apparent spamming campaign by this website certainly fits that bill.
