Is resellerclub.com Safe?

I am an active customer with this vendor since 2004. I regularly receive incompetent responses and inadequate levels of service when communicating with representatives from the vendor, including their billing, technical support, and sales/marketing departments. They have had multiple representatives reply to the same message of an inquiry weeks apart, as though they were not keeping track that a different person already responded to me. Years ago they had a forum available for customer feedback, but they shut it down after receiving too much negative discussion as a direct result of the level of service they provide. When outages occur their notifications are hidden in a private forum from a different brand owned by the parent company, not exposed for general knowledge; their support staff may link to a forums post saying I would need to watch for detail there instead of making the information readily available directly and not from a different web site. They also compete with their own customers (resellers) via a separate brand name that is also owned by the same parent company.
