Received spam saying I had a new fax waiting to be downloaded. The URL provided was for ringcentral. I don't think they originated the spam but their service may be used by spammers to deliver malware.

The VoIP service is great compared to a previous provider for our company. They encourage the use of their online support community and many online publications, which can be helpful; however, they are also available to speak with Support on the phone. Their follow-up after a call placed to support is thorough. Overall, a useful site and good service.
