Is rootandroid.com Safe?

We encourage you to read Jeremy's review of our service. It is true that he had a negative experience after we rooted his phone, however that was not the fault of RootAndroid.Com. Jeremy claims that we couldn't care less that HE BRICKED HIS PHONE after we rooted it for him and that is just not the case. In fact our team searched for 2 days trying to find a solution to fix the phone that HE BRICKED. Jeremy even states in his review that "RootAndroid.Com rooted my phone and installed the apps package", which is exactly what he paid us to do and that is exactly what we did. WE GAVE JEREMY EXACTLY WHAT HE PAID FOR AND HE DOES NOT DENY THAT AT ALL. Jeremy then did not take the time to research anything he was doing. Instead he started deleting all kinds of apps from his device that the phone needed to work properly. By doing this HE BROKE HIS OWN PHONE. Jeremy then contacted RootAndroid.Com and demanded that we give him a refund because he said it was our fault that he broke his own phone because we rooted it for. When we said we could not issue a refund because we had indeed rooted his phone which is what he paid us for, Jeremy then tried to blackmail us stating "If you do not give me a refund I will post negative feedback about your site on all the review sites." Again we are sorry that JEREMY BROKE HIS OWN PHONE after we rooted it for him and we did try to help him fix the problem he created. RootAndroid.Com stands behind the fact that we did indeed root Jeremy's phone safely and correctly and we feel no need to hide from Jeremy's review. We performed the service he paid us to do 100% to his satisfaction. He only became unsatified later when he broke the phone all on his own.
