Hosting Fake AV

I was approached by this a subdomain of this site one day and it gave me a dialog box with a virus warning. I figured that the warning did not come from my web browser because it said "The website at rr.nu says..." Since it put my browser in freeze mode, I could only interact with the dialog warning. So, I opened Windows Task Manager and killed the process. Had I clicked OK and gave the dialog box or whatever code the "go ahead" for a virus scan, I may have gotten trojans and malaware myself. So, whatever you do, do your best not to access this website. In case you do on accident, either go home if they don't give you a warning or do the Ctrl+Alt+Del and kill off whatever internet browser you have. If you have a Mac, open up Force Quit by doing I believe Command+Ctrl+Esc and quit the browser. I hope my experience helps. Good luck in your further internet surfing. -RateOrHate

Infected sites redirect to this domain which launches fake malware warnings. Probably Antivirus2010 malware.
