Salesmanb2b is a poor site to shop on, once they had a mans home address and phone number listed on their site to not sell to him because he couldn't pay his bill. They have never sent me everything that I ordered and always products are damaged. I am a small retail store as well and they caused me to go without products for over a month because they missed half my order. They can't even get a customs form right for the united states. Not to mention you will receive a later bill for customs tax from your shipping provider.

I've ordered many times from them and have shipped items to both the US and Taiwan. As they are based in China, it takes time for them to respond, not because they are slow, but because when you asked a question they are not at work. You can always add them on skype and see if they are online if you feel like email is too slow or uncertain. One of the greatest thing about them is the CHEAP (discounted) price you get, and the MORE you buy the more cheaper it gets. I believe most people who do not trust this site is because they may take art from others and make them into merchandise, if you have a problem with that then select your products wisely. Also, figures/PVC are so-called Chinese Versions and are not Japan authentic. Again, if you have a problem with a cheap Chinese (or if you like to call it bootleg) version, go buy from authentic Japanese sites who ships from Japan with official stickers and on average 4 times the price. Quality of products really depends on what you buy. I bought mouse pads, wall scrolls, figures, key chains, towels, and pillows from them. Overall, the PRINTING QUALITY is GOOD. Mousepads, Wall scrolls, and Pillow cases are EXCELLENT especially for the price they offer c.f. printing quality and smoothness. The printing on towels are also excellent but just note that the bath towels are not the bath towels you find in Target, IKEA, or Walmart which are thick and sucks up a lot of water. As for key chains, they are almost all made in China nowadays, it is hard to find a flaw in quality because then the products in U.S. are also flawed. Figures are a different story: there is seriously a difference between Japan Official Authentic figures and Chinese versions. Yes, Figures are manufactured in China, even the Japan authentic ones, but the Japanese ones are quality checked again by the company such as fixing blemishes, etc. Hope my information helps.

I live in Michigan and just recieved a large order of 28 items from this website, ordered on Dec 5, recieved Dec 17, 2012. The original order total was $134, after discounts were calculated, $119. Shipping was a whopping $79. These calculations took a day each, and I asked a question, which took them a day to answer. This is totally acceptable, since it is night in China when day in the US. My items were mainly anime stuff from Bleach, Naruto, Pokemon, Super Mario. The quality of the items varied, many were much better than expected. I would order from them again, had no problems at all. The plush animals are snuggly and soft, the posters (8 for less than $3, yes!) were thick and vivid. Descriptions of the items on the site were very vague and limited, I expected much worse than I recieved. I really love the idea of having many surprises for my kids under the tree that didn't cost a ton, and they will love, love, love! Items just like what I bought are on ebay and amazon for 4 and 5 times what I paid. I used paypal for payment, fedex for shipping. It felt like it was a big gamble when I ordered, so I decided to post this to clairify for the next bargin-shopper. ***** I just got my second order from this company. Again, I had no really issues with any of it.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the people at SalesManB2B. I have ordered from them several times; figurines, clothes, bags, pillows. I have always had really great service, they respond to any enquiries really quickly and as helpfully as possible. During one order, one item was out of stock, so they happily allowed me to pick any other item to replace it or just not get it. The service is efficient, I always have my orders prepared in less than 2 days, and arrive much faster than I expect. My only order that is taking longer than usual is my current one where they are preparing a Cosplay. I have added their customer service on Skype and they are really kind and helpful. Everything I have recieved has been great quality, especially my dakimakura, except for a bag I bought. Despite being able to fit my full 17.5" laptop, the straps didn't hold very well. This is very easily fixed on my part though. As for suitability for children... It's like any other anime merch site. Be careful of dakimakura with unsavoury anime girls on it. I am in Australia. I ordered a lot of items from this shop and it was great! I bought 2 nendoroids, 1 figma, a wall scroll, 2 pillows and a set of 10 pmmm keychains. All of the figures were great quality, nothing was/is broken and still in lovely condition to this day. Both pillows are lovely, very soft and no imperfections. The wall scroll was/is in perfect condition and out of the 10 madoka magica keychains only Godoka broke and it was understandable since she has some difficult pieces. I have no problem with the shipping costs since the size of some items and they're located in China. I've experienced worse from more costly sites.

I've used them for a couple years now and they're excellent. Good service, fast shipping and great prices. Sure, all their items aren't genuin, in fact I'm pretty sure all their anime figures are bootleg, but they have nice quality items too. And you can't honestly say you expect a $100+ item sold for $20 to be genuin, even wholesale pricing isn't that cheap.

I did do my research on this site before purchasing reading reviews and negative feedbacks from people, but it was the positive ones who actually bought items from this site that gave me the hope and courage to purchase. I was once, all like you but I gave it a chance before I ran my mouth and talked shit about something I did not know. That's whats different between you and I. I ordered a very large quantity of items. (wallscrolls, pillows, wallet, mousepads, cosplay costume) I ordered the fastest shipping service, UPS. The more amount of items you have, the longer it takes to process and pack your items before they ship it out. In total I purchased 10 items, the pillows were big and the wallscrolls were as well yet it only took about a week until they had everything packed and shipped out my order. It then took only 2-3days until it arrived. I received my order yesterday actually. The shipping was very impressive since the shipper is international and everyone knows buying something from china online usually takes MUCH longer, were talking months. UPS is the fastest, but the faster you want your order to arrive, notice that one will have to pay a higher amount of price depending on how much you purchased. The quality of my items were outstanding since it's coming from a Chinese wholesaler. I would rate it a 4 out of 5 stars. My pillows.. they were silky, shiny, puffy, and comfortable. The items look much better in reality. I will post up pictures of my items once I finish the process of rearranging my room. Now, the seller. The seller was very quick to respond but has a slight poor vocab. and grammar (Engrish) but still capable of understanding. Great customer service. The prices were ridiculously low! Great discounts! My total was $80 but after discount it was $50, that's a whole $30 off! Although shipping prices are not discounted. I really plan on purchasing again from this site. This site is the only site I found on the net that has nearly every anime/manga items. I am honestly amazed. I ordered a wall scroll, it was cheap in quality but it wasn't bad for only $5. I also bought some necklaces and phone straps for $13, those were very good in quality! the shipping was very quick too, I'll be buying from there again soon. Try it out first, don't go by what some website says about it being a scam! That's what I did and I love the site now!
