This is a google proxy. Scroogle stands for (I believe) google scraper because it takes the google results and removes adds and some most known spam (it uses a list separate from google's so it's got the advantage of both).

Endlich gute Such-ergebnisse ohne Google noch mehr Informationen zu geben.
Schade dass die WOT Bewertung nicht neben den Suchergebnissen steht :(

Pros: It provides what it offers and is relatively safe to use. Also provides SSL encryption (https) during searches.
Cons: Not very dynamic: lacks many features and customizable filters seen in other browsers with anti-Google™ policies.
