Is servpro.com Safe?

Horrible company to work with, missed two dates that they were supposed to come out, very unfriendly and cold people, they also use your restroom without asking, nor do they ask to sit they just do it. Found one guy standing around talking about traveling instead of working 5min after they got here. Not from a break either, asked how long they were going to be and they said didn't know. Took them a week to get the job done and they refused to move appliances I had to call a second company to do so. Absolutely horrible business and ethics. Over charged my insurance because they could get away with it, ripped out my granite and told the insurance it was reusable even though it was completely cracked. I've also submitted them to the BBB for poor business practice and a complaint to their corporate about their San Diego Office.
