I am not sure why this firm even have this domain in charge, they operated under totally different but probably everything about them is just as bad as everything else entirely anyway. Thanks for ability to rate them though.

Extremely Bad Customer Experiences- I have never encountered ongoing Extremely Bad Customer Service, with untrusting doctors who have being causing me more spending on my medicine, by not giving me a 30 day supply that is just ridiculous! Every month if it is not one issue it is another, from a doctor falling asleep on the job, to numerous medical billing errors, to medication mess ups and ultimately costing me more money, oh, not to forget about their new pain contract which is unreasonable, as it states you must suffer if your pharmacy runs out of your medication! Why you may ask, well it is the simple truth that you will not be able to take your prescription to another pharmacy as you are bond by your pain contract to suffer until your pharmacy gets your prescription in! So if in the meantime this causes your death, they do not care! As they will get another person to replace your place and suffer too! They are NOT what they advertise this on their TV commercials! I have never been so discussed with a health care organization in all my life, as I am with Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group! Currently we are having issues with my chronic pain medication, as the doctor is shy one day, as there was 31 days in the Month of May 2013. I have even contacted the pharmacy and they state that the medication will run out on the 16th and should be filled on the 15th, but the doctor put on the prescription it should be filled on the 17th. So my doctor wants me to suffer for one day and go through severe pain; in addition to, withdrawals and possible death without the medication for one day! My Morphine is important to preventing my severe pain! I hope that all of those doctors suffer as they have had me suffer, so they can see firsthand what it feels like! The Sharp Rees-Stealy doctors are an uncaring bunch and they lack of patient trust makes all doctors look bad! I have never given them any reason to not trust me! Thanks to all of the stupid addicts abusing prescription drugs I am being persecuted for their stupidity, as television programs televise these issues! For the rest of us who do not abuse prescription drugs and do not have addictive personalities, we are having to suffering for other people’s actions! When narcotics have to be administered to the individuals with severe pain who need them, whether they are cancer patients, suffering from automotive accidents, suffering from other chronic illnesses, it become a way of life to use these drugs just to at least have a life. Who wants to always suffer from chronic pain? I sure don't want to suffer do you? Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is a terrible organization!

After having my 1st doctor micromanaging my medication and clearly not trusting me. Even though I was not the one who would have been administering my medication to me (I had my spouse doing this for me). I still was not trusted; I do not have a addictive personality and have never had these problems. The lack of trust with this doctor was very bad, which ended in me finding another doctor in the same Sharp Rees-Stealy Group. The 2nd doctor H. was better, until she kept falling asleep at the last visit. This Doctor agreed there was a lack of trust with the previous doctor B. and Dr. H. also stated, "She (Dr.B) was micro managing my medication, which will cost you more money, by her giving it to you every two weeks, instead of a full month’s supply". Dr. H. like I stated previously was great until my last visit, where she did not hear what I said, which was vital as she had kept falling asleep. Due to her falling asleep she did not pay attention to the information she had asked for and which I told her! She later wrongfully accused me of something I did not do and if she would have been awake, she would have realized I gave her the information I was wrongfully accused of. Shortly after I rebutted a letter she(Dr. H) wrote me, she retired. Then forced to find another doctor in a hurry, I found Dr. Stone, and found just as her name implied she had a heart of "STONE"! We disagreed about the new pain contract, as she wanted me to suffer and go without my Morphine or Percocet if the Pharmacy did not have it in stock. Dr. Stone wanted me to wait until it was back in stock which could take as long as 3 days per the pharmacy, unless the pharmacy messed up, it could take as long as 7 days as per what they stated to my husband and me! The new pain contact is unethical! I was told by an outside physician, a few pharmacists and other people that if my pain medication (Morphine) was not taken when it should be taken; since I have been taking it for years, that if I went without it, it could cause MY DEATH as a result of abruptly stopping it! These types of medications must be weaned off not stopped cold turkey! This doctor clearly did not care for me and was being unreasonable, to want me to suffer if the medication was out at the pharmacy. I told this Dr. S. Stone that I have had the problem before twice, where my Morphine was out at two pharmacies and I had ran into these issues! She still did not care and in my opinion this doctor with a heart of "Stone" does not have my best interest at heart! I definitely would not recommend Dr. Sarah Stone and I would NOT recommend Sharp Rees-Stealy. Who wants a uncaring heartless doctor, that does not care about them the patient, if you live or die or suffer? I do not want a doctor like this and I let her know that I would have to find another doctor. The last Dr. I, who I found again in a hurry, as I could not find a doctor before my medication would not run out again, since Sharp put my life at risk! Dr. I was a caring individual, but as a result of all the previous problems with the other doctors, I got a letter from Donald C. Balfour III, M.D., President and Medical Director Sharp Rees-Steal Medical Group, which in the letter he wrongfully accused me of breaking my pain contract and wrongfully accused me of being terminated from 3 doctors! Now seriously, I left Dr. B and Dr. S, as they were in my opinion and my spouses, not good doctors and bad for me and what I needed in a doctor. I want a doctor who I can trust who has my best interest at heart, who listens, who cares about me as a patient, who is not strictly a close minded Western Medicine doctor thinker! I want a doctor who can communicate well, who is not condescending, and who has a wonderful bedside manner! I did not find that Dr. B, or Dr. H had these qualities. The only one who fit this so far was Dr. I who I saw twice, but now Dr. Donald B. has terminated me from being a patient with Sharp Rees-Stealy wrongfully accusing me. Now that I find a doctor I like, he (DR. Donald B.) wasted my time and my money to see DR. I as I feel we were having a good relationship and I was happy with this last doctor! Through it all Sharp as its name implies has been dangerous for me, my life and health! There has been a lot of wasted money that I have had to spend, to see if a doctor would work out for me and my healthcare concerns/issues! Do you find it right; to be billed for a doctor falling asleep and not listening to you at your doctor’s visit (Stealy)? Beware Billing from Sharp Rees-Stealy, as I and my neighbor have found problems with them, not billing correctly! Oh, as stated to me, by Sharp Rees-Stealy, they are not a charity and they want ALL of their money, so if you are on SSI, Social Security, Welfare, or if you are having financial difficulties, THEY DO NOT CARE! They WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY DISCOUNTS, WHAT SO EVER!!!... They did state the Sharp hospital can give discounts to people with financial difficulties! But they are not the hospital!!!... This Sharp Group is not what they advertise on TV (They are NOT Caring!)!!!...This Sharp Rees-Stealy (Stealy) I would NOT recommend them at all!
