My experience was excellent. My download was available within 12 hours of ordering & paying. Instructions were excellent, Windows 7 upgrade loaded with a valid Microsoft license.

I was leery about this site and it took me a while to get everything downloaded and installed but everything is as promised. I knew I would have to work a little harder to get such a good price on Windows 7 and Office. I really had my doubts a times because Windows 7 is not an easy install but now I'm up and running and validated by Microsoft.

I have used this site for OEM purchases for approximately 1.5 years. Microsoft Support confirmed the validity of the serial number of one of the products when I needed to reinstall it.
