I have been working on websites since quite a long time and can confidently say SiteGround is superior in terms of service & support. They have an impressively L1 technical team that is responsive and makes you feel that they really value their customers.

If we look on the reviews in the web - it's simply the best platform out there entirely and absolutely and I do not see why people simply don't see that, they are better hostgator or bluehost by any params out there....

I encountered a classic "bait & switch" with SiteGround.com. They sold me 2 years of hosting promising various features and even put them in writing. I quickly discovered that not all of those features were included. They refused to provide them and told me that I would have to upgrade to a more expensive plan.

I found this site with a Google search on SEO meta tags, looking for some professional tips. They said that in order to edit my meta tags I would have to use a program on the cPanel. That's just not true. They can be edited with any text editor, Blue Fish preferred. But I rated them high in the four catagories because it is a safe and trustworthy site.

They promise you the best support on the web, there is no way to contact them.
No support but payed support.
MySQL ODBC contact promised but not supported.
Once you clicked something you can not undo it, you shall pay for it!
