Is sitejabber.com Safe?

This site is useful however it often has farmed reviews alongside reviews which are factual and sitejabber does not do a good job of weeding out fake reviews. Unfortunately, this site is one of the better places for evaluating sites since the collapse of WOT's rating system. Most online review services for websites are either scams themselves or corrupted to the point of being of little use.

I very much like this site, honestly I found this site better in must of its features which may I like only. But the site is really good and trustable. ***** And I think there are some places where you guys need to improve a little bit. But overall I pretty much like it.

sitejabber.com is the 2nd choice when it comes to website reputation, but that doesn't make it good. Reviews are misleading, false or incorrect.  There is hate crimes everywhere for alot of big businesses, because one individual is mad. This shows everything about SiteJabber and their horrible users.

An absolute Scam! AVOID!  Other businesses have started to learn that auto-renewal for credit cards without warning is bad business but SurveyMonkey has not:  they don't inform you before charging your credit card and when you manage to get through to customer service they are completely unapologetic as they inform you that they won't be issuing you a refund, no matter what.  The only way to contact them is by email and unless you have paid for a Platinum service, no one at their customer service will speak to you. Their Customer Service is appalling! Also, they've got hidden costs throughout: the minute asterix indicates that for each Audience Response you'll be charged a separate amount of $0.26 AUD (Australian currency). Finally, they store your credit card information and don't allow you to delete it from their site/company database. You're likely to end up having to cancel your credit card, and try to cancel your account with them since this scam site is more trouble than it's worth.
